Post-Purchase Housing Counseling    Is this a good time to refinance?    Are you having trouble making your house payment?  Here's some help.    Are you behind on your property taxes?        Reverse Mortgage Counseling    In order to obtain a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage insured by the    Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD),    borrowers must receive counseling by a HUD-approved counseling     agency.
